In 2001, Mr. Francisco graduated from Claremont McKenna College, with a B.A., with honors, in Government. While at Claremont McKenna College, Mr. Francisco was awarded the Berger Prize, a distinction bestowed on the College's "Most Outstanding Senior."
Mr. Francisco then went on to attend Loyola Law School, where he was a member of the nationally-ranked (top ten) Byrne Trial Advocacy Team and the Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola Law Review. By his graduation in 2004, Mr. Francisco also received special recognition for achieving the highest mark in Negotiations, the highest mark in Public Speaking for Lawyers, and the second highest mark in Mediation.
After graduating from Loyola Law School, Mr. Francisco worked for two large downtown Los Angeles law firms and a small Glendale law firm, where he obtained significant litigation experience, including victories in numerous multi-million-dollar disputes.
Mr. Francisco now focuses his practice on litigating in the areas of employment, personal injury, contract / business, and entertainment law. Mr. Francisco also consults in the areas of employment practices and procedures, business risk/loss minimization, and real estate law / foreclosure prevention.
Mr. Francisco has also served - and continues to serve - as a private mediator with SUMMIT ADR, and as a mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court mediation panel. He has successfully mediated hundreds disputes, including those involving employment disputes, complex contracts, high-stakes divorces, and significant personal injuries.
